A nationally licensed legal professional authorized to prepare and submit official documents to government agencies on behalf of clients. This includes visa applications, company incorporation filings, and all administrative permits required to do business in Japan.
SME Management Consultant
中小企業診断士 (Chusho Kigyo Shindan-shi)
Japan's only nationally certified business consulting qualification. Covers financial analysis, strategic planning, operations management, and marketing. Under the 2025 reforms, a certified consultant's evaluation of your business plan is now a mandatory component of Business Manager Visa applications.
